Continuous Impovement Engineer: The successful candidate will determine justification of resources that can be invested to yield benefits to the manufacturing cost and quality of product. Must be able to use spreadsheets, data consolidation software, and project tracking. Six Sigma training. Some experience in design work using Solid Works or Auto-Cad. APQP, SPC, PFMEA, & 8D Problem Solving. FANUC Robotics and CNC experience is a plus. B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
Machinist / CNC Operator: This position is responsible for performing set up and operation of numerical control machines or machining centers to perform various functions. This includes the completion of all relevant machine procedures and documentation of jobs. A successful candidate must be able to read and interpret 3D models, use micrometers, gages, and other various inspection equipment to assure machining accuracy. The individual must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds, ben, stand, and move throughout the duration of the shift. Previous experience with CNC machines or education is a plus.
Maintenance Technician: This position is responsible for upkeep and maintenance of CNC machines, other machinery, and facility per direction of department manager. A successful candidate must be able to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool equipment and controls. The individual must have knowledge of M-Code and FANUC programming. Must also understand trouble shooting and repairing industrial, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues. The candidate should also be able to read and interpret equipment manuals/electrical diagrams, PLD ladder logic, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. This position requires a high school education, or up to two years related experience or training - or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Robotic Welding Technician: This position is responsible for operating robotic welding machines to achieve desired results. A successful candidate must be able to conduct dimentional checking of parts using gages and equipment provided, for overall quality, to meet customer specifications and AWS standards. The individual must also have experience programming FANUC and Panasonic MIG welding robot, should be skilled in reading blueprints, and possess a working knowledge of weld processes and proper weld techniques. This position requires a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years or more as a robotic welder, or 2 years working as a weld technician. A certificate of completion for Weld Technology as it relates to robotic programming is also required.
